That being said, it must be sent back in their original packaging, with the tags, if any. The package custom declaration must be marked as a “return of goods” or as a gift when sent back to Flo.

Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Use the cheapest shipping method with your local postal service like Canada Post, USPS, etc (Not private carriers like Fedex, UPS & DHL, etc) and mark it as a Exchange or return of goods so we don’t have to charge you any additional custom fees.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

*All items marked as Final Sale can not be exchanged or refunded as we won’t restock them. 

Items on Final Sale will be marked accordingly on their respective page.  

The quality of these products respect Flo’s high quality standards, we are just making place on the shelves for upcoming releases.  

Exception

1. If you receive a damaged product, we will happily replace the item, if we do not have the item in stock anymore, we will exchange it to another product or create a store credit to use on your next purchase.

2. If we still have stock left of the final sale items, we might be able to exchange it. But we won’t be able to refund it. Contact our support team via support@floactivewear.com if you need to exchange an item marked on “Final Sale” as they will be able to tell you if we can do the exchange or not.
